Based on our experienced team over 30 years in materials for wire and cable industries, Hitek Polymer is specialized to formulate PVC compounds to exact customer requirements. We have the knowledge of basic plasticizing principals of plastic, such as temperature, pressure and shearing in the melt, to solve problems of customers’ specific applications and processing conditions. Additionally, we have knowledge of wide range of raw materials, each has unique effects in the formula to ensure the compounds achieving idea properties. Our advanced continuous mixing processing technology also provides another guarantee for good dispersion of all ingredients in the formula.

Hitek Polymer offers a diverse line of PVC compounds for the Wire & Cable market. Highly flame retardant low smoke PVC compound for plenum cables is UL recognized; Numerous specialty grades have also been developed which provide enhanced electrical properties, flame and oil resistance, abrasion resistant, and improved low temperature flexibility. We’ve developed insulating and jacketing compounds for many applications including flexible cord, appliance wire, automotive wire, speaker wire, medical wire, welding cable and tray cable. Some special grades materials are as follows:
1. UL certified CMP/OFNP grade high flame retardant low smoke PVC compounds (E485713 QMTM2) for plenum cables meeting strict requirements of NFPA262(UL910). This material is Bromine free and can be extruded easily by standard PVC extruder.
2. Semi-conductive PVC for medical wire screen layer with very good processing property. Thin wall(less than 0.1mm) can be extruded at speed of 100-150m/min.
3. Tight tube PVC for in-door OFC, It is capable for high speed extrusion with very smooth finish surface.
4. PVC compound for EV industries, which has good oil/chemical resistant, sunlight resistant, abrasion resistant,very good performance at high and low temperatures. This material is also suitable for Charging Pile cable for EV.
5. 125℃ PVC compound for wire and cable industries without cross-linking.
6. Special formulated compound with excellent flame retardant and low temperature impact property(FT4/-40℃).
7. Conductive PVC/PE jacket material for power cable.
8. PTC Semi-conductive PE.
